Storytelling and Pueblo singing were a way of life in the upbringing of Eldrena Douma.  During everyday activities, family and friends shared pueblo stories, songs and family history including the humorous and serious personal stories that life brought.

Derek Evans will bring Teddy Roosevelt to life during September 19's humanities series performance at Coffeyville Community College. Klein will take the stage at 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Performing Arts Theatre. Admission is free and the public is invited.

Kristin Lems will bring to life songs about "The Once and Future Woman" during August 29's humanities project performance at Coffeyville Community College. Lems will take the stage at 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Performing Arts Theatre. Admission is free and the public is invited.

Rik Palieri will bring to life songs, stories and hobo poetry that he first heard while sitting around the glow of hobos' campfires during August 22's humanities project performance at Coffeyville Community College. Palieri will take the stage at 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Peformaning Arts Theatre. Admission is free and the public is invited.

Michael Ching  will compare and study the music of two great songwriters, Jimmy Webb and Elton John, during April 25's humanities project performance at Coffeyville Community College.

The story of 250,000 orphans and unwanted children taken from the streets of New York between 1854 and 1929, put on trains and sent to every state in the continental United States will come to life on Tuesday, April 11, at 10:30 a.m. in the CCC Spencer/Rounds Theatre.

A returning performer in the Coffeyville Community College Humanities Series, Buddy Mondlock's performance on March 28 will focus on protest music, the use of songs and art to voice opinion, resist authority and to foster change in society.

Decee Cornish will be bringing his 19 years of storytelling experience to the CCC stage on Tuesday, March 14 at 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre. Admission is free and the public is invited.

The Tuesday, Feb. 28th, humanities performance at Coffeyville Community College promises to be hot as Rod Sipe takes the center stage at 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre. The performances are free and the public is invited.

The CCC Spencer Rounds Theatre will come to life on Tuesday, February 21, with a variety of soldiers’ stories from World War I to present day missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Traditional and contemporary songs on guitar and banjo in a musical style that is both Celtic and American will take center stage on November 15 in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre at Coffeyville Community College.

When people think of magic, most think of Harry Houdini. His escape attempts and daring stunts during the formative industrial age of our nation in the 1920s have made his mark in history. But Houdini was tormented by the loss of his mother and spent the latter years of his life truly believing he could contact her in the spirit world.

Kansas City folk duo Betse & Clarke will present “Traveling Music," a musical and cultural heritage program exploring American folk music at CCC on Nov. 1.

Spook Handy performed alongside Pete Seeger at festivals and concerts over 50 times from 2003 – 2013. He learned firsthand many of Pete’s songs and the stories behind them. Now, Spook is on a three year “Remembering Pete Seeger” World Tour.

The songs and history of the Erie Canal in upstate New York will take center stage on Tuesday, October 11 as Cosby Gibson and Tom Staudle bring the story to life through their original music of folk and blues.

Anna Stange will share songs, stories and real life artifacts from her travels to South Africa & Lesotho during her visit to the Coffeyville Community College campus on October 4.

Brian Wendling loves to perform and will bring his show to the CCC stage on September 27.

Andy Cohen performs at CCC on Sept. 20, 10:30 a.m. in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre on CCC's Main Campus.

Brenda Hoff will perform a variety of Disney songs on her Folk Harp as part of the Coffeyville Community College Humanities Project on Tuesday, September 13 at 10:30am.

Coffeyville Community College welcomes Dana Robinson to the Spencer/Rounds Theatre on Tuesday, April 12, at 10:30 a.m. Admission is free.
