Rob McHale is a North Carolina singer-songwriter and storyteller who performs regionally, internationally, and select US cities, combining stories and songs about some of the greatest legends. He has performed with his band and solo, and has been invited to tell the Tom Dooley Legend at Laura Foster's grave. McHale has also released a podcast, "The Real Tom Dooley Story," and has performed at libraries, historical societies, and Arts Councils, presenting historical programs of songs about some of the greatest folk legends. His 5th album, "40' Ford Coupe," was released in September 2020. McHale's songs reflect vibrant history, tradition, and living social comment, and his songs are considered one of the best albums of 2018.
