With extensive experience in mental health and crisis intervention, Megan served as the Integrated Team Manager at Grand Mental Health in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, where she provided individual and family therapy, conducted assessments, and offered crisis intervention. Before that role, she worked as a Crisis Coordinator at Four County Mental Health Center in Independence, KS, overseeing a team while providing direct patient care, including hospital screenings and therapy. Megan also has a strong background in grant writing and collaborating with community partners, including law enforcement and social service agencies.

Megan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas, an MBA with a Healthcare concentration from Arkansas State University, and a BA in Sociology from Fort Hays State University. She is also a Certified AMSR Trainer and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oklahoma.
