How Do I Pay My Tuition and Fees at CCC?

CCC is now providing a quick and esay way to make payments on your student(s) account.
How to Make a Payment (PDF)

Logging In


First, go to coffeyville.edu and click on the "Make a Payment" button or link located on the top or bottom of the page.

Making a Payment

Open the payment screen

  • Once inside TouchNet, look for: 

         “Make Payment” button 

  • Your current balance will usually show as “Due Now” 

3. Enter payment amount

  • Type in: 

          Full balance OR 

         A partial amount you want to pay 

  • Click “Continue” 

4. Choose payment method

Common options include:

  • Bank account (ACH / e-check) –no fee 
  • Credit/debit card – processing fee of 3% (minimum of $3)  and 4.25% for international 

Select your method and click “Continue”

  • TransferMate for International payments

5. Review and submit

  • Double-check: 

         Payment amount 

        Account info 

  • Click “Submit Payment” 

Important: Payments usually cannot be canceled once submitted 

6. Confirmation

  • You’ll get a confirmation screen and usually an email receipt 
  • Save or screenshot this for your records

  • You can save a payment method for faster future payments

         Set up payment plans 

        Add an authorized user (like a parent) to pay for you

Payment Options

  • Payments can be made, in person, in the Business Office by cash or check only.
  • This service allows you to make real-time Credit or Debit card payments for Coffeyville Community College student accounts. PayPath accepts most major Credit/Debit cards for your convenience. A non-refundable PayPath service charge of 3.00% (minimum $3.00) for domestic issued cards and 4.25% for International issued cards will be added to your card payment. You will be given an opportunity to approve your payment prior to processing. Thank you for using PayPath.

 

Debit and Credit Card Payment Convenience Fee

Debit/Credit card companies charge a fee to businesses or governments who accept their cards. The fee is a percentage of the amount charged. Thus, accepting debit/credit cards is an additional expense to the College. To offset the cost of debit/credit card usage, Kansas Law allows for a convenience fee to be added to those transactions. 

A 3% convenience fee (4.25% for International Cards) will be added to your transaction if you choose to pay by one of these methods. All convenience fees are paid to the company that processes the credit card transactions. Coffeyville Community College does not retain ANY portion of this fee.
