Federal CARES Act COVID-19 Emergency Relief Funds for College Students
The Federal CARES Act may provide students with emergency relief funds due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To apply for emergency relief funds, please complete the survey at the link below.
If you do not have expenses or needs related to the disruption of campus based operations, but have experienced difficulty completing your classes successfully, please complete this survey as well. This information may be needed when determining your Satisfactory Academic Progress.
The application period for this funding has CLOSED.
Purpose of Funding: Provide students with emergency financial aid grants to help cover expenses such as food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, childcare and travel costs related to the disruption of campus operations due to coronavirus.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in the Spring 2020 semester.
- Be eligible to participate in Title IV Federal Financial Aid
- Must submit the CCC COVID-19 Application on survey monkey at the link above
- Must have expenses or needs due to the disruption of campus operations due to COVID19
If you are a high school student, exclusively enrolled in an online program, or an international or DACA student, you will NOT be eligible for these funds.
Please note that funding is limited, not everyone who applies will receive a grant. You will receive an award notification from the Financial Aid Office if you are a recipient of these funds. No funds can be awarded until the survey has ended and the institution has received the funding.
