Transfer Students
- Students who will attend CCC after transferring hours from another college.
- This DOES NOT include a previous high school student who will be transferring concurrent or dual enrolled hours from another college.
Transfer students are eligible for admission to the College if they meet regular admission requirements for new students. All official transcripts from previous colleges attended are required to be on file in the Registrar's Office before students can enroll for classes. Students who falsify admission information and/or fail to submit all transcripts are accountable for any problems that arise from their misinformation.
Enrollment Checklist
1. Apply for Admissions
Apon completion of the admissions form you will receive an acceptance letter and an email providing you with you RedConnect login, student ID, and how to acess your student email. The information will be sent the the email provided in the email field of the application.
2. File for FAFSA and Apply for Scholoships
Learn more about how you can help pay of your bill through Scholarships, Grants, Loans and Employment.
3. Submit Official Transcript
An offical high school trascript or GED must be sent to CCC. This also includes any college(s) atteneded.
4. Submit Test Scores
5. Complete the Residence Hall Contract
If you intend to live in the residence halls in Coffeyville fill out the housing contract.
6. Login to RedConnect
7. Enroll with an Academic Advisor
8. Get Your Books
9. Get your Student ID
10. Payment of Tuition and Fees
Vocational/Technical Transfer Students
Students wishing to transfer vocational/technical clock hours from an accredited technical school should have an official transcript sent to the College. The Registrar will evaluate the clock hours and assign the appropriate credit hours. These converted hours will be posted to the student's transcript after the transfer student completes a minimum of 12 credit hours at Coffeyville Community College. Students can graduate from the College after completing the general education requirements for the Associate in Applied Science Degree. Students may also seek Associate in Arts or Associate in Science Degree options.
