Traxson and Hollinger named Nov. Phi Theta Kappa Students of the Month

Bryant Traxson and Caitlin Hollinger were selected as the November students of the month for the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College. 

Traxson is a sophomore at CCC planning to major in Wild Life Management.  He is the son of Greg and Julie Traxson and is from rural Angola. He plans to transfer to Oklahoma State University.  While involved with Phi Theta Kappa he has been active with Operation Christmas Child, went on an Honors in Action Field Trip to Montezuma, New Mexico.  He hosted the Chapter hay rack ride and cookout, has helped clean the gym and stadium and sold Raven Gear at games.  Traxson also planted tulips at the Brown Mansion.

Hollinger is from Wichita, Kansas and the daughter of Arthur and Judy Hollinger.  She is a sophomore at CCC majoring in Secondary Education with an emphasis in History.  She plans to transfer to a Division II school so she can continue to play soccer.  This year she serves Eta Gamma as the Chapter President.  Her other activities with the chapter include Operation Christmas Child, OSU Homecoming Activity, Relay for Life Dinners, the Honors in Action Field trip to Montezuma New Mexico and Manhattan.
