The Coffeyville Community College Theatre Department has announced a pair of children musicals for this summer. The summer season will begin with the seventh annual CCC Theatre Camp that will run June 11-21. The camp is a two week extensive theatre training camp for children ages 7-18 interested in learning about theatre. The camp will cost $25 per student. Scholarships are available for those who can not afford the fee. The camp will conclude with the students performance of "The Adventures of Frog and Toad Kids" on June 21 at 4:30 p.m. Registrations for the theatre camp will begin April 1.
Following the camp, CCC Theatre will then gear up for the 18th season of Children's Summer Theatre. This year's production will be "Disney's Winnie the Pooh Kids". Auditions for "Disney's Winnie the Pooh Kids" will be held on June 22 from 1-4 p.m. and will cast children ages 6-18. Rehearsals will begin on July 1.
Performances for Winnie the Pooh will be July 26-28 at 7:30 p.m. and July 29 at 2 p.m.
