Kacie Serrault & Eric Mueller were recognized at the January CCC Board of Trustees meeting as the November and December Students of the Month for the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
Serrault is a graduate of Seaman High School in Topeka, Kansas. She is the daughter of Dave and Kris Serrault and she is a sophomore majoring in Elementary Education. She stays busy as a student tutor, with Christian Challenge and she is the Rodeo Manager. She is very active in the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa serving as the Vice President of Service. She served as the Chairman for the Libraries for Africa Project which collected 2,015 books to start two elementary school libraries in Lesotho, Africa.
Mueller is a graduate of Field Kindley High School in Coffeyville. He is the son of Tammy Christmore and Paul Mueller. He is a freshman at CCC majoring in Political Science and International Studies. He is an active member of the CCC Soundsations Show Choir and Phi Theta Kappa. He currently serves the Eta Gamma Chapter as the Vice President of Communications. Eric has been very active in studying Phi Theta Kappa’s Passport Program which is Analyzing the conflict of competition in the Far East.
