Get Your Ducks in a Row for the Start of Fall Classes

A bunch of rubber ducks in a row except one that is out of line.

Quack, quack.

Fall 2019 classes start on August 13th at Coffeyville Community College. If you plan to attend CCC this fall, you probably have some tasks left to complete your fall enrollment.

Admissions

If you are a first-time CCC student, you have to apply for admission before you can start the enrollment process. CCC is an open admission institution; as long as you meet minimum requirements, you are guaranteed acceptance. If you are already a Raven, you can skip this step.

Application for Admission

Enrollment

Although some classes for fall have already filled, most classes still have open slots. Meet with your advisor to plan your schedule, or go to the Student Success Center for advising.

Once you have your schedule figured out, take the enrollment sheet to the Registrar's Office.

Course Schedules

Enrollment Pre-Payment Deposits

Before your enrollment can be processed, you must either pay an enrollment deposit, or file a FAFSA with Coffeyville Community College as one of the recipient schools. Payment deposits are based upon the number of credit hours you are taking.

Pay Off Your Bill Before the Next Semester

Before you can enroll in a future semester, your student account balance must be $0.  In other words, you must not owe the College any money before you can enroll. To make payment arrangements, please contact or visit the Business Office.

Business Office Contacts

  • [email protected]
  • (620) 251-7700 (please note during busy times, a Business Office rep may not be immediately available. Please leave a voicemail with the person your call is forwarded to).

The Business Office is located on 2nd floor of the Student Union; normal hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During June and July, the Business Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Financial Aid

If you need assistance in paying your bill, you can apply for financial aid. The CCC Financial Aid Office can assist in applying for Federal Financial Aid and can also assist in identifying potential college-sponsored scholarship opportunities.

If you haven't already applied for federal financial aid at this late date, you will need to be patient during this process. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither does receiving federal aid approval. It is highly recommended that a FAFSA is filed before July 1.

Books

The CCC Bookstore is your convenient one-stop place to purchase the books you will need.

The bookstore is scheduled to open for the fall semester on August 5th at 9 a.m. The bookstore's normal hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, although extended hours are usually offered during the first week of classes. The CCC Bookstore is closed on Fridays in June and July. The CCC Bookstore is located on the southwest corner of Weinberg Hall within the lower level of the Graham Library portion of the building.

If your scholarships covers books, please keep in mind that scholarship books are a loan program; they are not yours to keep for a lifetime. At the end of the semester, the books must be returned to the CCC Bookstore. Failure to do so will result in your account being charged the full cost of the books.

Student IDs

Student IDs are available in the Student Success Center. It is recommended that you get your student ID as soon as possible at the start of the semester. The ID is valid for the entire school year, so you will not need a new one in the spring. Returning students will also need to get a new student ID in the fall.

Fall IDs will be available beginning on August 5th. The Student Success Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
