Coffeyville Community College President Linda Moley was one of 35 college presidents recognized by Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) at its 100th annual convention in Kansas City, Missouri, April 19-21. During the conference, President Moley was recognized on stage and received a medal.
The Shirley B. Gordon Award of Distinction is presented to those who demonstrate outstanding efforts toward promoting the goals of Phi Theta Kappa. “Linda Moley has always gone above and beyond in her support of the CCC Eta Gamma chapter of PTK,” said Linda McFate, CCC PTK Advisor. “Our Chapter members have been blessed to be able to participate in a wide array of projects and experiences because of her continued support.” In addition to being recognized at the national level, President Moley received the Kansas/Nebraska Distinguished College President Award at the regional level.
The CCC Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa was named Most Distinguished Chapter of the Kansas/Nebraska Region.
