Coffeyville Community College's nursing program hosted a career and education fair for students looking to further their education in health related fields.
Approximately 20 area colleges, universities, and healthcare facilities participated in the fair on March 27 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Nellis Hall east gym. Students attending the fair were able to meet with area universities and explore opportunities that could further their education, or meet one-on-one with area employers.
“At CCC, we strive to ensure our students are prepared to either enter the workforce upon completion of their specific program, or transfer to an institution that provides the next level of training,” said Heather Pollet, CCC Director of Nursing. “We are thrilled to provide this opportunity of networking and potential growth for our students through our various industry partners.”
