Applying for Admission to the Medical Laboratory Technology Program

Two documents are posted below that will be important for the MLT Program admissions process. The first document explains the admissions process and requirements. The second document is the MLT program admissions application. If you have not previously attended Coffeyville Community College, you will also be required to fill out a CCC application for admissions.
