The Automotive and Collison Repair programs at Coffeyville Community College Columbus Technical Campus built and donated a custom two seater dune buggy to be auctioned off at the annual CCC Foundation Scholarship Auction on April 30.

The Coffeyville Community College Native American Leadership Program will host a Social and Stomp Dance on Saturday, April 16, at 4:00 p.m. in Nellis Hall East. Admission is free.

The Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College was named one of the top 100 chapters of the international honors Societies nearly 1,300 chapters world-wide.

Coffeyville Community College hosted the TOT Olympics Friday, April 8 at 12:30 p.m., in Nellis Hall. The event invited all children with special needs in Southeast Kansas, between the ages of two and eight, to participate in various activities with the help of several volunteers from CCC and the community.

Coffeyville Community College sent Phi Theta Kappa member Karen Sue McKenzie to the Kansas state capital in the Topeka early last week to help advocate for The American Cancer Society and House Bill 2369.

Coffeyville Community College’s Colter Comstock and Reina Garcia joined 46 of their peers when Kansas saluted the 48 community college scholars for their academic accomplishments during the Twenty-First Annual Phi Theta Kappa Honors Luncheon on Feb. 11.
