Coffeyville Community College Superintendent of Grounds Jodi Eastman will be sharing her expertise and advice during a Landscape Class being held on April 22 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the CCC Greenhouse located at 410 West 9th Street in Coffeyville.

The community is invited to shop the Coffeyville Community College annual plant sale on Saturday, April 8. The sale will be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the CCC Greenhouse located at 410 West 9th Street in Coffeyville.

Courtney Crane, a sophomore at Coffeyville Community College, is one of ten students nationwide to be selected for the prestigious Kansas State Department of Chemistry's Research Experience Undergraduate Program.

Kenneth Dodson, treasurer of the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College, was elected Vice President of Eastern Kansas at the Kansas-Nebraska Region Convention.

Members of the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College participated in the Kansas-Nebraska Region Convention.  The event was held March 3-5 at the Wichita Holiday Inn East.

Phi Theta Kappa members Cristin Shepard and Meaghan Rettele represented Coffeyville Community College as members of the Kansas All-State Academic Team.

Officers of the Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society met February 10-11 for their spring semester officer retreat held at the Woodward Max in a historic Topeka neighborhood.

Coffeyville Community College's theatre department will present an adaptation of a fifth century B.C. Greek play starting Thursday and running through Saturday night. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. each evening in the Spencer/Rounds Theatre on the main campus of CCC. Admission is free.

The Eta Gamma Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College has selected Andres' Mora, international students representative, as their Member of the Month for February.

Coffeyville Community College students created over 250 valentines in the first annual Give A Heart project that ran from February 10–14.  CCC students had the opportunity to decorate and personalize heart-shaped valentines for residents of area nursing homes and assisted living centers.

State Farm Agent Harold Mann serves on the Coffeyville Community College Collision Repair program advisory committee and understands the goals and objectives to train a skilled workforce.  When the opportunity arose for State Farm to donate a vehicle that had been totaled, Mann jumped on the opportunity to help.

The CCC Spencer Rounds Theatre will come to life on Tuesday, February 21, with a variety of soldiers’ stories from World War I to present day missions in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Students who plan to participate in graduation ceremonies in May will need to turn in measurements for their cap and gown. The Registrar's Office will take measurements on Thursday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Coffeyville Comunity College sophomores Cristin Shepard of rural Caney and Meaghan Rettele of Coffeyville have been selected to represent the college in the ALL-USA-Community College Academic Team competition.

The 1098T tax statements for the 2016 tax year are now available.

Ten students passed national EMT exams in January making it five straight semesters of 100% passage rates for students at Coffeyville Community College.

Coffeyville Community College welcomed students from several area high schools to a hands-on experiential campus visit that included both the Coffeyville and Columbus Technical campuses.

Coffeyville Community College was recognized as having the highest graduation rates among Kansas community colleges during the January Kansas Board of Regents monthly meeting in Topeka.

The Fall 2016 Honor Rolls were recently released by Coffeyville Community College.

The 2017 class of the NJCAA Men’s Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame was released on Jan. 9. The inductees of this year’s class include former Trinity Valley (Texas) and Brown Mackie (Kansas) forward Eddie Robinson, former Coffeyville (Kan.) guard Craig Tucker, current Lansing (Michigan) head coach Michael Ingram, Joliet (Ill.) head coach Joe Kuhn and former Vincennes (Ind.) sports information director Robert Stevens.

The Coffeyville Community College Technical Campus has partnered with USD 445 to provide an Introductory Craft Skills program for Field Kindley High School students this school year. The program is geared towards ESL students.

If you are in high school and are trying to decide on a career, the upcoming Coffeyville Community College Technical Campus Tech Day could shed some light on the issue.

Kenyon Clark, a Riverton High School junior, attends classes at the Baxter Springs welding site offered by Coffeyville Community College, Columbus Tech Campus. Kenyon is the first student attending the new program to earn a 6G pipe welding certification. Students from the program are tested by an AWS certified welding inspector. Students’ welds must meet the acceptance criteria of Section IX of the Boiler Pressure Vessel Code in order to certify.

Thirty-nine students representing three states and one foreign country are the newest members of Phi Theta Kappa at Coffeyville Community College.  The students were inducted in a formal ceremony Wednesday, November 30, at 6:00 p.m. in the college Oak Room.
