Columbus campus accepting proposals for construction of 10,128 square foot steel building

Coffeyville Community College will receive proposals for the construction of a 10,128 sq ft steel building to house the Welding and Construction Technology programs in Columbus, Kansas. The Construction Management-At-Risk will provide all services necessary to complete the exterior construction and site work of the building project and meet the College’s schedule. Services will include design, direction of bidding for subcontractors, recommendation of awards to subcontractors and supervision of construction.
